- What is www.flyingtomato.com's return policy? We know you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, Flying Tomato will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
- Flyingtomato.com may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.
- Most returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into my account.
- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
- Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the original invoice and return form.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Final Sale items are non-returnable.
- What is www.flyingtomato.com's exchange policy?
- Place an order for your new item immediately and we will waive your return shipping charges after we receive your item.
- Return the original item within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- We will exchange your item for the same item in a different size and color only.
- Any defective item or item that was different from original invoice maybe refunded or exchanged.
- Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.
- Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.
