Payments and Ordering
  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Will I be charged tax?
  • We are required to collect local sales tax in states where FT Group has a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries to the state of California.
  • How will I know that my order was accepted?
  • After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking information.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
  • Please contact us immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to change or cancel your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
  • Price adjustment policy
  • Should an item from the website be marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a onetime price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.

    Please note that we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
  • Oklahoma sales tax
  • We are not obligated to, and do not, collect Oklahoma sales tax. Your purchase is subject to Oklahoma sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. The State of Oklahoma requires that the taxpayer file a sales and use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases.   • Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next day or 2nd day.

  • Due to high shipping cost, we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally.

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

  • Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

  • All return shipping is paid by customer.

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping or free returns.

Shipping Information
  • How will my order be shipped and how much will I be charged?
  • Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering via USPS (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays); however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

    We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be guaranteed for priority or express delivery.

    • Standard Delivery $3.95 (3-7 business days) + Free (each additional items)
    • Priority Delivery $7.95 (2-4 business days) + Free (each additional items)
    • Express Delivery $24.95 (1-2 business days) + $4.95 (each additional items)
    • Heavy Items Shipping: Jackets, Bags and/or some heavy items shipping cost will vary by weight. (Calculated automatically when you check out)
    • Your shipping confirmation email will tell you how you can track your package. Priority and Express Delivery orders placed after 12 PM PST will not ship until the next business day.

  • How will I know if my order has been shipped?
  • You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online by logging into My Account and selecting "Order History".
  • Do you offer free shipping?
  • Receive free standard shipping for domestic online orders over $150. Additional fees apply for overweight, priority, or express delivery. This offer does not apply to international orders or previously placed orders.

Returns & Exchanges
  • What is www.flyingtomato.com's return policy?
  • We know you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, Flying Tomato will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • Flyingtomato.com may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.
  • Most returns are processed within 7-14 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into my account.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
  • Follow the directions on the back of the invoice to return merchandise for credit or refund. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the original invoice and return form.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • What is www.flyingtomato.com's exchange policy?
    To receive your exchange as fast as possible and ensure the size you need is in stock:
  • Place an order for your new item immediately and we will waive your return shipping charges after we receive your item.
  • Print out your return label from my account page and return the original item within 14 days for a refund.
  • We will exchange your item for the same item in a different size and color only.
    Return for defective items and wrong items shipped:
  • Any defective item or item that was different from original invoice maybe refunded or exchanged.
  • Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.
  • Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.
  • Follow the directions on the back of the invoice to return merchandise for exchange or refund. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the original invoice and return form.
